Directions

Only apply to clean and dry skin. Do not use with other skin care products

Gently peel off plastic backing slowly, position pad on your chest, press firmly, and secure all sides of the pad. Keep plastic backing for reuse.

Remove pad by holding skin taut with one hand while gently removing the pad with the other.

Rinse the pad with water when needed to clean and restore adhesions.

Air dry with the adhesive side up. Do not blot or rub. Clean treatment pad as needed. It does not need to be cleaned after every use.

After use, return treatment pad to its plastic backing and store in a cool, dry place.

For best results, wear the pad every day or night for at least 3-12 hours.
