• Free shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders of $50 or more within the continental U.S. We typically use USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
• Standard shipping: For orders under $50, a $5 shipping fee applies via USPS Ground Advantage.

• Shipping method: We reserve the right to choose the most efficient shipping method for your order.
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Shipping fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Continental U.S.: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on weekdays typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories: Delivery times may be longer.
• P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses: We ship to these addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may vary.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for additional shipping costs.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update their tracking information.

Need your order faster? Choose USPS Express Mail or UPS Next Day Air for overnight shipping (where available). A signature is typically required upon delivery, but if you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please indicate this in your order notes. Please be advised that SkinEtc is not responsible for any loss or damage if you choose to waive the signature requirement.

• Shipping methods: We use USPS and DHL for international orders. Options include DHL Express Worldwide, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS First Class International.
• Delivery times: Typically 2-5 business days for express options, but can take up to 2 weeks for USPS First Class International. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.
• Shipping costs: Calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see the cost during checkout before finalizing your order.
• Duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery, which are the recipient's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
