Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your SkinEtc order. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Products must be unused or at least 3/4 full and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • A valid RMA# is required for all returns (see below).
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The returned items are not listed as non-returnable (see below).

Note: SkinEtc reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements. Any packages returned without an RMA#, containing non-returnable items, or outside the return window will be destroyed and will not be returned to the customer. These returns will also be ineligible for credit.

How to Return an Item
  1. Request an RMA#: Email our team at customer.service@skin-etc.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Confirmation: We'll review your request and, if approved, send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions via email.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Include the product(s) and a copy of your original order invoice in the return package. Attach the return label to the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for ensuring your return package arrives to us safely.
  5. Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return once it's received.
Return Costs
  • Return Shipping: A flat rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
Refunds
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned items, minus the $8.00 return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gifts with Purchase: The retail value of any gift with purchase will be deducted from the refund if the gift is not returned in its original condition or is not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gifts with purchase
  • Supplements
  • Jewelry
  • Makeup
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We'll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations

To cancel an unshipped order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Credit Card Orders: For orders paid with a credit card, your card will not be charged until your order ships. If you cancel before shipment, no charges will be processed.
  • PayPal Orders: For orders paid with PayPal, your account is charged immediately. If you cancel before shipment, we'll issue a full refund to your PayPal account.
Exchanges

We currently don't offer exchanges. To get the item you want, simply return the original item and place a new order. You can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date by following the steps above. Once your return is received and processed, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

International orders

Please note that due to varying international regulations and shipping costs, we do not accept returns on orders shipped outside of the United States, nor do we allow cancellations or returns. All international sales are final.
