Description

EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 is a lightweight, non-tinted mineral sunscreen designed for sensitive and acne-prone skin. It features 9% transparent zinc oxide for broad UVA/UVB protection and 5% niacinamide (vitamin B3) to help even skin tone and soothe visible redness. This oil-free, non-comedogenic formula wears well under makeup and is ideal for daily use. Fragrance-free and paraben-free, it’s especially suited for those with oily, combination, or rosacea-prone skin.

EltaMD UV Clear Broad Spectrum SPF 46 is formulated with 5% Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) to help reduce the appearance of blemishes and discoloration on your skin. This broad spectrum sunscreen contains micronized zinc oxide to protect your skin from damaging UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays.

Ideal for daily use on various skin types, UV Clear is lightweight and helps even skin tone for a more smooth appearance. It is fragrance-free, paraben-free and non-comedogenic.

Works best on fair, light, medium light or medium skin tones.

Directions

  • Apply liberally to face and neck 15 minutes before sun exposure
  • Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
  • Reapply at least every 2 hours
Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad-spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:
  • Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses
  • Before use on children under 6 months: Ask a physician
How to activate pump:
  1. With the cap cover in place over the pump, invert the container upside down and tap firmly 8-10 times. (This will force the liquid up into the actuator and create a vacuum).
  2. Return the container to its upright position.
  3. Remove the cap, and with the nozzle away from your face, press the pump to dispense the product into your hand. It may take several pumps to completely prime the pump to allow the actuator to deliver product.
  4. If pump continues to fail, try steps 1 through 3 again, but tapping slightly harder to force the liquid into the actuator.
