In 1994, Talika’s Research team created Lipocils, an optimized version of the authentic 1948 Eyelash Conditioning Cream, to maximize its effectiveness and practicality. The original formula’s plant extracts are encapsulated in liposomes for more intense penetration. The treatment is applied using a brush that saturates the lashes, from the roots to the tips.

For more than 20 years now, Lipocils has been synonymous with sublime lashes.

In normal conditions, our lashes never reach their maximum length: they fall out, they become brittle and break because of pullution, use of make-up and makeup-removers, etc.

Lipocils does not irritate even the most hypersensitive eyes and is suitable for contact lenses wearers. (However, discontinue use in the case of discomfort).

Directions

Apply twice daily (morning and night) during the first 28 days, then once a day. Apply Lipocils directly to the base of the eyelashes to ensure that the product penetrates to the roots.
